A women's circle is a safe and sacred space created intentionally for women to gather. Its purpose is to make women feel seen, safe, heard, held and witnessed on their journeys throughout life by sharing their stories. The format of circle may include sharing thoughts and emotions, sometimes meditations and breath work. Women's circles are forming all over the globe and they've proven to be a powerful way for women to connect with their bodies and emotions. Most importantly, many women find a sense of support and community, and an enhanced ability to tap into their inner wisdom and strength.
